Ranger Sticky Embossing Powder

Sticky Embossing Powder by Ranger. This specialized embossing powder will adhere glitter, foils, and flocking to your paper crafting and mixed media projects. Apply this embossing powder the same as other embossing powders.  After applying heat and setting the embossing powder, it is now ready to apply your emboellishment of choice.  Each package contains one 1oz jar of Sticky Embossing Powder.
