Hello Crafty Friends, Here we are on the eve of Thanksgiving.  So much to be grateful for... especially you, our friends in the Crafting World!  You guys are awesome! Thank you for all your lovely comments and support - we couldn't do it without you! This card features a Winter Bird serenely perched on a birch tree.  I just love the effects of watercolor - so soft and lovely.  I don't live where it snows, so a wintery scene allows me to pretend!   winter-bird

Hi there, I thought I would take a very short pause from the holiday cards and share a card of an adorable bear to celebrate the birth of a brand new little bundle of joy that came into our family.  Our niece gave birth on Halloween - woo-ee.  She must love having babies on holidays. Her son was born on Valentine's Day a few years back.  Now little Jolene Priscilla has entered the world.  What a sweet occasion! I was tempted to do the card in Halloween colors but having daughters myself, I couldn't resist the soft and beautiful pinks of little new ones...so pink it was.   its-a-girl card

Oh, what a lucky day it is today!  We get to share another gorgeous card by Heather Telford of Bit & Pieces blog.  Heather is an amazingly talented watercolorist and card maker.  We, at The Foiled Fox, are always in awe of her beautiful work. So, sit back and feast your eyes on this card made with the Tranquil stamp by Penny Black. By the way, if you haven't yet had a chance to learn about Heather personally, take a look at below.
