This Is Sew Amazing!
Hello Friends! It’s Dana (IG: @dkirbystamps) here today, and I am back with two cards that use the Sew Fun stencils from the Postage Collage collection from Waffle Flower crafts. I love how this collection includes so many products that coordinate and can be mixed and matched to give you so many fun options.

I started my cards by using the Postage Collage die to create my card panels. I then used the Postage Collage Sew Fun Stencils (five layers) to ink blend the adorable sewing images onto the panel. I used Concord & 9th ink for all of my blending. Colors used: Grapefruit, Pimento, Sea Glass, Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, Pebble and Mushroom.

Next, I used the Postage Collage and the Postage Collage Sew Fun stamp sets to stamp the postal details (prices, cancellations, etc) onto my panels. Using the Postage Collage Sew Fun stamp set I also stamped my sentiments onto a banner that I die cut with one of the Sentiment Strips dies. Lastly, I attached my panel to a card mat that I ink blended with Sea Glass ink before attaching it to an A2 card base.

For my next card I started with a Nectar cardstock mat and ran it through my die cutting machine with the Quilted die from Papertrey Ink to give the panel a little added interest. I then cut the postage collage panel apart and attached four of the squares and my sentiment onto the panel with foam adhesive. Lastly, I added a second mat with Sea Glass cardstock before attaching everything to my A2 card base.

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my cards. I have lots of family and friends who are quilters and stitchers, so I know this is a set I will be using often!!
Enjoy your day,
Dana
