Hi Friends,
I thought I would jump in and share a video showing another way to use the You Are My Happy stamp set by Papertrey Ink, an Ink To Paper collection. I know I have said it before, but I am totally surprised by the many ways you can use this stamp and die set. With Mother’s Day right around the corner, here is a delightful bouquet for Mom.
This card design uses all the flowers and the stem stamps upside down to create the stems of this bunch of flowers. Here’s a video to show you what I mean.
This set has a wonderful script Happy Mother’s Day sentiment that was perfect for this card. It was stamped first to help with the placement of the bouquet.
After the stems were stamped with Green Parakeet and New Leaf, the flowers were stamped with lots of bright colors. See the list in the “Goodies list” below.
I used the starburst stamps to stamp in the center of the flowers but also I used them to randomly stamp here and there to fill out the bouquet.
To finish the card, a foam backing was adhered to the front panel, then onto a vivid pink card base. A darling little bow was added to complete the card. The “Silly String” worked great for that!
