Hi Crafty Friends,
We are celebrating the beginning of June with big, blue flowers made using the Floral Delicacies stamp and die set by Papertrey Ink, an Ink To Paper collection, along with the lovely ‘Thinking of You Always” sentiment.
This stamp set creates gorgeous, puffy blossoms that you can make in any color you fancy. See the video below for all the ins and outs.

Grays and blues were used to create a soothing feel. A splash of yellow was added for a bit of pizazz.
So, with this in mind, the card begins with a white card base and Weathervane gray panel on top. Then, another panel was created using the Nifty Plaid, stamped in Soft Stone, and trimmed with the Skinny Diagonal frames. It was the next layer.
The gray center was cut out using Weathervane paper, then one of the awesome sentiments included in this set was stamped with Versamark ink and white heat embossed in the center.
A Harvest gold strip was threaded through the centerpiece and then added as the next layer to the card.
The flowers were made by combining Papertrey Ink ink colors with complimentary embossing powders and the leaves were inked, spritzed with water and stamped. Then, cut out using the matching die set.
The flowers and leaves were arranged and adhered to the front of the card. And… VIOLA! that completes this card design.
