Rose Bouquet in a Pocket

I am so excited to share a super fun and special project. It used the brand new In The Pocket die from Papertrey Ink and also gives you a chance to showcase your favorite flower. In my case, that would be the rose, so I chose the beautiful Enchanting Roses stamp and die set again by Papertrey Ink.
Crimson Blush Beauty

For today’s project, I am taking a page out of Yana Smakula‘s playbook and using a dark background to accent this beautiful rose image called Crimson Blush by Penny Black. Yana does amazing work and I just love her use of dark backgrounds to create drama to her card designs.

I was in the mood for a vintage-style botanical card design. I settled on using the beautiful Butterfly Charmer stamp by Penny Black for my butterflies. There are so many gorgeous butterflies in this collage-style stamp to choose from that it was a perfect choice.

Say Happy Birthday with Critters

Today I am having a little birthday fun with adorable critters. I chose a couple of my favorites. One from the Cheerful Critters by Penny Black and the other from My Favorite Things Friends stamp set. I don’t think you can ever have enough birthday cards at the ready and I like to have a variety of styles of birthday cards so that I can find just the right one to suit my birthday recipient.
English Garden Blooms

I have been captivated by the stunning display of flowers you can so easily make with the new Spellbinders Be Bold Blooms. They remind me so much of the beautiful array of flowers you see in English gardens. So, it only follows that I had to make a card featuring these lovely blooms.
Pretty Pink Birthday
Hi Creative Friends,
I am loving all ways you can use the new ‘YOU‘ die from Penny Black. It is a fantastic die to have in your stash!
So, with that in mind, here is another card design using this die, along with sweet, French-style flowers from the Flower Medley stamp set by Penny Black and one of my favorite elements, a sentiment banner. I am always so enamored by banners; they are so easy to draw too! Give them a whirl!
