Sled Ride In The Winter

Hi Crafty Friends,

The card design today does not have the usual color scheme for a Holiday card… but it is still one of my favorites. It might be that I love black and the contrast. In any event, I couldn’t resist making this color combination.

Besides the black, red and white, I love Pinkfresh’s Squirrel Friends stamp and die set. These squirrels are so cute! The other great thing is that I think you could use them year ’round. I am eager to see them in a forest meadow scene.

Merry Christmas and Sweet Tidings

Hi there,

We are sooooo excited to show off our new Alexandra Renke dies. There are three fabulous stars, though we are only using two for this project, and adorable Christmas icons like a gingerbread man and candy cane. The card is simple to make but the beautiful dies and paper from Alexandra Renke create an elegant design when finished!

As an extra bonus, these dies make wonderful ‘bows’ for gifts. Check out the image below.

Dashing Through The Snow In A One-Horse Open Sleigh

Hi Everyone,

Today we are sharing a card design using the new Alexandra Renke Panorama Sleigh die. It has a lovely one-horse open sleigh so you can pretend you are gliding along the snowy ground. It would also be great in a city scene too.

The inks and paper used give a shimmery look to the card. My only regret is that pictures and the video below do not do the beautiful sheen justice. Click on the video below to see all the steps to making this classic cards.
