Delivering Joy by Dana Kirby

We are sharing a darling holiday card by Dana Kirby (IG: @dkirbystamps). She has used a few super cute die set by Spellbinders like the Delivering Joy Sleigh and Handmade Sentiments to make a Christmas card that offers crisp, bright colors and a charming motif.

Hi friends! It’s Dana here today and I am back with a Christmas card that uses the Delivering Joy Sleigh dies from Spellbinders. This die set includes 18 dies that can create an adorable sleigh filled with gifts, florals and so much more! You will love it!!

I started my card by using the Delivering Joy Sleigh dies to die cut all of my pieces from Concord & 9th card stock (Nectar, Poppy, Parsley, Juniper and Sea Glass) and the Spellbinders Handmade Holidays Paper Pack (gold and white). I used Art Glitter Clear Adhesive to assemble my sleigh and hold the pieces together. I have been using this glue for a while now and it has become my favorite. I highly recommend the Fine Metal Tip to create a fine and precise line of glue and the pin stops all clogging.

Next, I used the Argyle Plaid 3D Embossing Folder to create my background. I then used the Simple Stitched Hillside Border die to create my snowbank. I added a little Blueberry ink along my hillside before attaching it to my card panel with foam adhesive. Once my sleigh was attached to my panel I added a Poppy cardstock mat for a little added color. Lastly, I used the Handmade Sentiments dies for my sentiment.
