You are in for a special treat. Dana Kirby (IG: @dkirbystamps) is sharing a gloriously beautiful card design using the new Floral Noel trio by Honey Bee Stamps. The rich colors against the midnight blue background are stunning!
Hi friends! It’s Dana here today with a Christmas card using the gorgeous Floral Noel set from Honey Bee Stamps. This stencil, stamp, and die set coordinate to create beautiful floral images and sentiments.
I started my card by using the Floral Noel die set to die-cut my images. I then used the Floral Noel stencils to add ink to my images with Concord & 9th ink (Tidepool, Parsley, Poppy, and Evergreen). I found it was easiest to line up the stencils on the die-cut images, ensuring everything was straight and placed correctly. Next, I used Gold Glitter Paint to add gold glitter to the letters (Noel). I also added a few white splatters with paint to my images for a little added detail.
For my card panel, I used the Argyle Plaid Embossing Folder (Spellbinders) and Midnight cardstock (Concord & 9th). I love the subtle texture that an embossing folder creates on a panel. Lastly, I attached my floral clusters and letters to my card panel with foam adhesive to finish my card.
