Merry Christmas To You

Hello Everyone,

We have a special treat for you! Amy Tsuruta is our guest today and she is sharing two awesome card designs using a few wonderful Papertrey Ink stamp and die sets. These bright and cheery holiday card designs are truly drool-worthy!

Hi Foiled Fox Friends! It’s Amy and I’m back with a duo that features Papertrey ink.

Yes, I’m smitten with the pink and green combo. Last week it was more green than pink, today it is more pink than green.

My first card features these Papertrey Ink supplies:

Distress Oxide – Spiced Marmalade
Distress Oxide – Tea Dye
Distress Oxide – Pumice Stone
Distress Oxide – Black Soot

I finished off my design with a bit of Concord & 9th Gold Glitter Paper.

Any guesses what inspired my next project?

I used the Sweet Pea Love to Layer: Decorative Bracket die piece from my first design. If I don’t use it right away it gets shuffled away. Originally I was going to create a tag with it but ended up adhering everything onto a white A2 card base.

I kept the same overall color palette of Sweet Pea + Parsley. The Winter Wonderland sentiment has been heat embossed in white and I made it into a tag. I used embroidery thread from my stash to tie it directly onto the Decorative Bracket panel.
