Hi Everyone,
We are showcasing a new stamp and die set called Playful Patterns by Papertrey Ink that is filled with cute patterns in the clouds, rainbows and the sun. To add to the fun, there is an awesome “Baby” stamp that has its own charming pattern and other word stamps to complete your design.
This card design features clouds hanging by a. string on the moon and a cloud-filled background. We show you all the steps in the video below, plus a few helpful hints along the way.

This card design starts with a long slender piece of Luxe White cardstock for the background. The clouds and stars were stamped using Spring Rain (oops…I said Sweet Rain in the video, but you know what I mean, right?) and Harvest Gold for the stars.
This set has a big beautiful sun, but for this project, I wanted a moon. See how easy it was made in the video. Then sparkles we’re added to the moon with Ranger Gold Tinsel embossing powder.
More clouds were stamped, along with the word “Baby”. While I was at it, I stamped and white heat embossed the word “Sweet” on a stout piece of vellum, then cut out a banner shape around it.
A white card base was made and a blue Enchanted Evening cardstock panel was added. The cloud background was popped up with foam tape. The moon was popped up too and a tiny gold thread bow and string was hooked over the moon and attached to the clouds. For the final step, the sentiment was added with foam tape and glue dots and tiny dots of sparkly clear glitter stickles were squeezed on. ♥
