Poinsettia Collage by Dana Kirby

Poinsettia Collage by Dana Kirby

Hi Creative Friends,

We are super excited to share a beautiful card design by our good friend Dana Kirby (IG: @dkirbystamps). She had used a few of the very popular Collage Collection by Waffle Flower. As always, she brings her usual charm and superb color schemes to this project.

Hi crafty friends! It’s Dana here again today and I am back with another Christmas card that uses a few things from the Waffle Flower Postage Collage Collection.  Today I am using the gorgeous Poinsettia stencil set. Let’s get started…

I started my card by using the Postage Collage die to die cut the base of my card panel. I then used the Postage Collage Poinsettia stencil set to create each square/rectangle of my panel. I used Concord & 9th ink for my blending: Nectar, Grapefruit, Eucalyptus and Avocado. Here is the finished panel:

Next, I splattered the panel with a little gold paint and then cut the individual squares apart. I then attached four of the squares to a Soft Stone cardstock mat with foam adhesive.

I then used the Winter Foliage dies from Pretty Pink Posh to create my floral cluster for the bottom of my card. I die cut the individual pieces from white cardstock and used the same C & 9th ink for my blending. Lastly, I stamped and die cut my sentiment with the Elegant Christmas 2 set and Avocado ink.

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my card. I hope I inspired you to cut your postage collage panel apart and create a fun and unique layout of your own. There are so many options with these products!!

Enjoy your day,

Dana
