Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Ink Pad by Tim Holtz.  Blue-Green dye ink that is water-reactive and pigment ink fusion that creates an oxidized effect when sprayed with water. Use with stamps, stencils, and directly onto surfaces. You can blend using ink blending tools and foam. Ink pads are 3″x 3″.
