Uchida Snow Marker

Snow Marker by Uchida. This paper and fabric embellishing marker puffs up after heated with a heat tool, making it ideal for light and dark paper and fabrics or make ‘foam’ for drinks or snow scene. This marker is easy to use free hand or with a template. This package contains one 5-1/2 inch long marker.

Apply like a glue from a glue pen.  Then, apply heat immediately – before it dries.  Be careful to not overheat with heat tool – it can scorch.
