HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANDLES

Hi Everyone,

Today’s card that uses only a few supplies. I think these kind of cards are great to have in your “back pocket” so that when you need a card in a pinch, you have a go-to.

I made two cards, each one using a different color palate. We have a video for you today to demonstrate how this card came to be. The video features the yellow background and the photos below are mostly of the pink background. I hope this isn’t too confusing!

Three Christmas Tags – just in the nick of time!

Hi there,

Ruri here, I wanted to quickly jump in and share a three Christmas tags before the holiday disappears for another year.  The tags are from 3 separate stamp sets.  I wanted a chance to use these stamp sets before it was too late.  Take a look and let me know if you have a favorite.

‘Tis the Season…

Hello Everyone,

What better way to ring in December than a card with brightly colored ornaments…’tis the season, isn’t it?

This card was created using the Avery Elle Retro Ornament stamp and die set and the Scalloped Dies by Neat & Tangled.  The ornaments in this set really struck a cord with me since I grew up with ornaments just like these!  I tried to color them in the old time colors I remember.  I’d tell you the decade…but then it would date me!

Time to March with Avery Elle’s Band Camp Friends

Hi again,

Ruri here, with a new project.  Do you have an endless list of parties your kids want to attend?  We do at our house.  With my sons involved in soccer and school, there is a chance of meeting lots of kids, thus lots of birthday cards are in the need.  This one is made with the Avery Elle Band Camp stamp and die set.  I just love all the adorable animals marching to the beat!
