Included in that release was this gorgeous bird, Feathered Friends 9, and a fantastic die set from their Love to Layer line called Torn Edges. We have combined these two great sets in this new project and have created a video to view.

I am sharing a new card design and video using the stunning Framed In Florals stamp and die set by Papertrey Ink, an Ink To Paper collection. It has romantic flowers and the opportunity to stamp or color them to any color scheme you love. Along with the Framed In Florals set, I have also used a perennial favorite of mine, Pleasing Envelopes: Special Delivery. This set has a bold and beautiful banner that completes the picture.

This set has a bevy of beautiful flowers, leaves, and sentiments to choose from, plus it has a few extra ‘accordion’ pieces you can use to actually pop-up your flowers and a separate envelope die to complete the picture. For this card design, we are filling the card front with a spray of flowers and a charming butterfly.

Today’s project is a quick and easy one that creates an amazing birthday or special occasion card. I don’t know about you but that is right up my alley! It seems I or someone in my family is always scrambling to find a handmade birthday card to give so this Papertrey Ink – Ink To Paper Big Balloon Cover Plate is perfect to create an awesome card in a hurry! (My only regret is that the camera just didn’t pick up all the iridescent colors the glitter paper gives – that paper just makes it jump!)
