Thrill Of Hope

Thrill Of Hope

Hi Creative Friends,

Hi friends! It’s Dana here today and I am excited to be back with two Christmas cards that use the Thrill of Hope stencil and sentiment set from Pinkfresh Studio.

The Thrill of Hope stencil set is a pack of five stencils that layer together to create the most beautiful wreath image. I created both of my cards together and used the same colors on both.

For my first card, I used the stencils to make a traditional wreath in the center of my card panel. I used Gina K ink for all of my ink blending. The colors I used were: Applemint, Christmas Pine, and Red Velvet.

For my next card, I used the stencils to create a wreath at the top and bottom of my panel to create a different layout. I love the way this layout fills the panel a little more.

Once my panels were finished I added some paint splatters with watercolor metallic paint. I then used the Thrill of Hope stamp and die set to create my sentiments. I stamped my sentiments with VersaMark ink and added white embossing powder. On my second card I also added a companion sentiment as an added detail. I love how this sentiment set includes lots of coordinating sentiment options that can be added to the front of your card or as a sentiment for the inside too.

Thanks for joining me today. I hope you enjoyed my cards and I will be back soon to share another project with you all.

Enjoy your day,

Dana
