Best Day Ever!

Hi friends!

It’s Dana (IG: @dkirbystamps) here today, and I am back with a card that uses the Camp Days and Woodland Trio dies from Spellbinders. These dies create the most adorable scene that will have you thinking about summer camp! I’m not much of a camper… but I couldn’t resist creating with these fun dies!

I started my card by making my card panel. I ink-blended Sprout, Parsley, Powder, and Harbor ink to create the background for my scene. I then added a few splatters with Harbor and Sprout reinkers. I trimmed my panel down and set it aside to dry. 

Next, I used the Woodland Trio and Camp Days dies to die cut my images. I die cut the pieces from Concord & 9th cardstock and then used liquid glue to glue the pieces together. I also used the Winter Trees dies from Pretty Pink Posh to die cut a few trees for my background. I attached the pieces to my card panel with foam adhesive for a little added dimension. Lastly, I used the Birthday Sentiment Strips stamp set and Sentiment Strips dies for my sentiment. Concord & 9th cardstock colors: Spiced Cider, Brickyard, Sunflower, Avocado, Artichoke, Midnight, Hazelnut, Shortbread, Peanut, and Black
