A Little Extra Merry

Hello Friends!

It’s Dana (IG: @dkirbystamps) here today, and I am excited to be sharing my first Christmas card of 2026! My card uses the adorable Spectacular Santa set from Spellbinders. This set of dies can be used to create a jolly Santa that is sure to bring a little extra Merry to its recipient. 

I started my card by using the Spectacular Santa dies to create my Santa. I used Concord & 9th cardstock (Poppy, Parsley, Almond, Black, and White) along with gold cardstock for all of my die cutting. I used a strong liquid glue to assemble my Santa, then attached it to a frame I die-cut with the largest Border Bling: Skinny Stitched Frame die. 

Next, I attached a piece of acetate to the back of the frame with double-sided tape. I also added some foam adhesive around the frame to give the shaker the needed depth it needs for the clay confetti to move freely. I then filled the frame with the Jolly Santa Mix from Pretty Pink Posh and used a piece of Parsley cardstock to close the shaker. Lastly, I used the Spectacular Holiday Sentiments set for my sentiment. This set includes 12 clear stamps and 10 coordinating dies that are perfect for all of your holiday cards this season!
