Let’s get in the holiday spirit with Dana Kirby‘s awesome card designs! Dana is sharing a few festive designs, all using the new Concord & 9th Boughs & Holly stamp, die, and stencil.
Hi friend! It’s Dana here today and I am sharing a few cards that use the Boughs & Holly product suite from Concord & 9th.
For my cards today, I started by using the Boughs & Holly stencil pack. This is a set of six stencils, three for the Greenery Background and three for the Greenery Wreath. For the first two layers, you ink the stencils once onto your panel, then rotate the stencil 180 degrees and ink again to get a full background and wreath.
Once my first two panels were finished I splattered a little silver paint onto the panels for some added detail. Lastly, I used the Boughs & Holly dies for sentiments.
Ink Colors: Gina K ink- Sea Glass, Blue Lagoon, Tranquil Teal, Papertrey Ink- Berry Sorbet, and Pure Poppy.
My next two cards were made the same as above, though this time I used the Boughs & Holly stamp set for my sentiments. I also added gold paint splatters to my panels rather than silver.
Ink Colors: Papertrey Ink- Spring Moss, Simply Chartreuse, Ripe Avocado, Berry Sorbet, and Pure Poppy
Thanks for joining me today and I hope I inspired you to give the Boughs & Holly products a try. I kept my cards fairly clean and simple today, perfect for mailing and mass-producing. Though, I love how these products can be mixed and matched to give you lots of different options.
