Hi Creative Friends,
I am popping in to share an elegant card design that works for so many occasions. This one happened to be for my lovely daughter’s birthday. She loves clean, crisp lines so the Magnoila Blooms by Spellbinders was perfect.

Hi Creative Friends,
You may think I am crazy but I am having a blast making cards with a gradient-colored background and a clear plastic (or acetate) panel over the top. If you saw my last post, then you know I used texture paste over the clear plastic panel for that card design. This time, I embossed the plastic panel using the Concord & 9th Triangle Background cover plate to give the clear sheet a little pizazz.
My only regret is that the camera doesn’t do it justice – ugh! But, if you need a simple card that has a twist, this card design might be just the thing!
Hi Creative Friends,
I am jumping in to share two card designs that are super fun to make (and give!). They have a cool, summer vibe.
Each of these card designs uses a stencil and texture paste for the main attraction.
Hi Creative Friends,
I just love little mice, not in my house mind you, that’s a different story! But on paper, they couldn’t be cuter and these tiny mice in the Micey Day stamp set by Penny Black are ready for some fun and celebration!.
Hi Creative Friends,
It is our great pleasure to share a wonderful project created by the super-talented Heather Telford. She used the Window stamp by Penny Black and created a charming scene. Read all about how to make it below.
Hi Creative Friends,
Penny Black has a brand new release out and it is packed full of gorgeous stamps and dies. I picked one out of the group for this project and VIDEO. This stamp is an extra special floral stamp and it is called Radiance. It truly does radiate exceptional beauty.
Hi Everyone,
Last time we shared a delightful Hello Friend card featuring a colorful plaid background made using Concord & 9th’s Markered Turnabout. Well, we loved that background so much, we couldn’t stop at just one card design. This time we used cheery pinks and yellows and made a fun birthday card. We also used the new, very clever, Bitty Banners stamp and die set.
Hi Creative Friends,
At long last, I am sharing another video – YAY! This one is all about cake and what could be more wonderful than cake? Maybe it is two card designs featuring the awesome All About Cake stamp and die set by Concord & 9th.
Hi Creative Friends,
I have been having the best time creating with the beautiful Four Petal Thank You Floral die set by Spellbinders. There are so many ways you can use this set! I chose to make a floral display that was bursting with colors and flowers. I was having so much fun with this set that I created the same flowers on two different background colors. I rarely create two cards the same, but I couldn’t help myself! You will have to let me know which version you like the best by commenting on our blog or Instagram. For those of you that do play along, you will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift certificate to our shop – woohoo! Be sure to let us know how to contact you if you are the lucky winner!
Hi Creative Friends,
I am sharing a new card design featuring one of my very favorite subjects… birds. For some time, I have admired the Songbirds on Branches collection by Pinkfresh Studio. They have the sweetest little songbirds!
