It is “sew” much fun to share an awesome card design by our friend, Dana Kirby. She has chosen a cheerful rainbow effect using the new Sew Lovely stamp and die set. This set by Concord & 9th makes it “sew” easy to create a delightful card! Check it out below.
Hi friends! It’s Dana here today with a fun card that uses the new Sew Lovely set from Concord & 9th. This set is so fun for any sewing lover in your life and so much more!
I started my card by using the Sew Lovely die set to die cut all of the pieces from Papertrey Ink cardstock. The colors I used were: Classic Kraft, Hibiscus Burst, Raspberry Fizz, Pure Poppy, Orange Zest, Summer Sunrise, Bright Buttercup, Limeade Ice, New Leaf, Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores, Blueberry Sky, Amethyst Allure and True Black. Once my spools of thread were assembled I mounted them onto a white card panel with foam adhesive.
For my sentiment, I used the Sew Lovely stamp set. I stamped the sentiment onto a black banner with VersaMark ink and heat set it with white embossing powder. Once I attached my sentiment, I added a sweet little heart to finish my card.
