Since Mother’s Day is right around the corner, I wanted to make a special card for my daughter. I decided on the beautiful rose in the Concord & 9th Painted Rose stamp and die set. Today we are creating a fun Mother’s Day card with a modern freeform flower background and a few more flowers to pop up for dimension and interest. You can use any stamp set you might have with simple centers or flowers but this Neat & Tangled Scandinavian Prints stamp set is a goodie!

Whimsical Dreamscape by Zinia

Hi Crafty Friends,

Here is another fun and whimsical dreamscape by Zinia of Abstract Inspiration. She comes up with the most creative and cheerful layouts and the colors she uses are always so luscious! With this layout, she uses the Altenew Simple Flowers stamp set and she combines it with Dylusions acrylic paints to create another beauty.

Pinkfresh Studio Floral Background – Two Ways

Hi Crafty Friends,

Pinkfresh is releasing lots of wonderful stamp sets and the Studio Floral Background is one of their first. To show off its floral splendor, I have created it two different ways. One is watercolored using Distress stains and on the other, I colored the flowers with watercolor pencils.
