All About Love Card by Heather Telford
Hi there, We are so lucky! We have the awesome privilege of having Heather Telford of Bits & Pieces blog with us once again. She is an artist extraordinaire! If you haven't ever seen her work, you really need to check out her blog. But before you do, feast your eyes on this gorgeous card. Heather has such command over watercolors, especially the dry watercolor granules like Ken Oliver's Color Bursts used in this card. Her results are stunning.
DIY Heart Valentine Card
Hello friends, Today I am sharing a DIY Heart Valentine card that was made with a minimum of supplies. The card was inspired by a painting that I saw in my travels. Art I like sticks in my mind, but unfortunately, my mind is like a sieve and I have forgotten where or when I saw it. I wished I had written down where I saw it so that I could share the painting with you too.
Color Burst Love by Zinia
Oops... this post was written and published and this morning... PUFF! it was gone. So here is a recreation. So sorry for the inconvenience. Technology is great until something goes wrong, then it goes terribly wrong. Anyway, enjoy another beautiful art journaling post by Zinia Amoiridou of Abstract Inspiration. She is a super talent and always has fun projects to offer... and a video!
Pink Camellias for You
Hello there, Today we have brought big, beautiful pink camellias for you to enjoy. These camellias are from the Penny Black Camellia Die Set. I love how you can make this lacy flower just by cutting out the flower blossoms with the open petal die and back it with any paper or color it. In this card, the pink and red background is watercolored.

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Hi there! Today I am pleased as punch to be guesting with The Foiled Fox again! WOOT WOOT! I adore these folks! I've created a trio of cards that have a beautiful Birch background stamp and some fun snowmen from the Making Frosty Friends stamp set and coordinating die. To create the first two cards, I inked up the Birch Background stamp with just two colors of distress inks: stormy sky and blueprint sketch. Then I spritzed it lightly with water and pressed my watercolored cardstock onto the stamp. (WITHOUT re-inking the stamp, I stamped it again onto another pieced of watercolored cardstock and the background to my second card was born - more on that in a bit).Sweet Birthday Wishes
Hi there, My sister is having a birthday... so it was time to create a card that will put a smile on her face and not remind her how the years are flying by. She loves to bake so this "Sweet Birthday Wishes" card is for her. It is made by using the Sprinkled with Joy stamp set by lawn Fawn and the Memory Box "In the Kitchen" stamp set for the background. I think the 'In The Kitchen' stamp set is discontinued but the Baked With Love stamp set by Lawn Fawn will work great.. and honestly, I think it would be better! I wished I had thought of it earlier.
Nuts For You
Hi there! We just got in the new Neat & Tangled My Favorite Nut stamp and die set and I am in love! This is the cutest stamp set! The adorable little squirrels and their beloved acorns are irresistible.
The Bicyclist
Hello, One of the things you will see from us this year is more projects that are suitable for the masculine side of life. It is not to say they will not work for females, but if you are like me, I struggle a bit when it is a man's birthday or event. So, with that in mind, at least once a month, we will feature a more masculine project. Today's card is for the bicycle enthusiast.
New Year Celebration with Peonies
Happy New Year! I am so excited to be the first from Foiled Fox to ring in 2017! I wanted to share something with you all that was lovely and cheerful. I thought the peonies found in the Altenew Peony Bouquet stamp set were a perfect match. I just love the big blossoms.
