Soak Up The Fun!

It’s Leslie (IG: @pianoh_) here. I am sharing a card made with the Papertrey Ink – ‘Soak Up the Sun’ set! This is a fun set for summer cards!

I used PickedRaspberry, Worn Lipstick, Dried Marigold, and Squeezed Lemonade for the sunset background, using brushes and then splattering white ink. I stamped the flamingo with Kitsch Flamingo, Picked Raspberry, and some Wilted Violet ink.
I wanted to give it a variegated look.

I used Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn and Gathered Twigs for the palm trees plus Mermaid Lagoon and Peacock feathers for the water. I decided I would make this scene into a postcard and used Papertrey Ink – ‘North Pole Mail- Postage Stamp Frame Postcard die.
