Camping Adventures…that actually light up!!

Hi Everyone,

I finally got onto the Chibitronics bandwagon and have an electrifying treat.  It was created especially for my daughter’s birthday. She loves to get out on the road and explore. She has quite the wanderlust ‘bug’ so she pulls a trailer around the countryside in search for her next adventure.

Snowman Friends

Hello Everyone,

We have been so very lucky to have Laurel Beard of Papercrafts by Laurel as our guest in the past… and again today! Yippee! Laurel is AMAZING! She creates fun and inventive projects and does it with such fun and flair! You can see her light-hearted spirit shine through this her cards.

Take a look at what she is sharing with us today. It is brrr…effic! … oh, and don’t forget to read a bit about her below and pop on over to her blog for more exciting ideas.

Hi there! Today I am pleased as punch to be guesting with The Foiled Fox again! WOOT WOOT!  I adore these folks! I’ve created a trio of cards that have a beautiful Birch background stamp and some fun snowmen from the Making Frosty Friends stamp set and coordinating die.

To create the first two cards, I inked up the Birch Background stamp with just two colors of distress inks:  stormy sky and blueprint sketch. Then I spritzed it lightly with water and pressed my watercolored cardstock onto the stamp. (WITHOUT re-inking the stamp, I stamped it again onto another pieced of watercolored cardstock and the background to my second card was born – more on that in a bit).

Sweet Birthday Wishes

Hi there,

My sister is having a birthday… so it was time to create a card that will put a smile on her face and not remind her how the years are flying by.  She loves to bake so this “Sweet Birthday Wishes” card is for her.

It is made by using the Sprinkled with Joy stamp set by lawn Fawn and the Memory Box “In the Kitchen” stamp set for the background. I think the ‘In The Kitchen’ stamp set is discontinued but the Baked With Love stamp set by Lawn Fawn will work great.. and honestly, I think it would be better! I wished I had thought of it earlier.

Merry Christmas Gift Tag

Hello Everyone,

If you are like me, you are madly getting all your last minute gifts together.  I am just about done but the one thing I am terrible about is wrapping. Every year I vow it won’t happen… but, too often there is a mad dash on Christmas Eve to get everything wrapped. This year I am trying my best to be ahead of the game, and along with that comes gift tags.  I love gift tags, so here is a fun one to put together. This tag was the inspiration of my 5-year-old granddaughter.  She went into great detail to explain just how she wanted it!

Eerie Trick or Treat Card

Trick or Treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat.  Isn’t that the way the children’s Trick or Treat rhyme goes?  I don’t know about the ‘smell my feet’ part but I love a Halloween card filled with bats and haunted houses and other ghoulish things.
