HI Crafty Friends,
It is getting very close to Valentine’s Day so we are sharing a new video using the awesome Branches Of Love stamp and die set by Papertrey Ink – Ink To Paper. This set can be used for so many occasions by just changing out the little hearts with flowers or leaves… or whatever you can think of. For this card design, we are sending so much love your way with a pink and red theme.
As promised, here is the video to show you all the steps to create this card and hopefully show you a few tips along the way.
We have included a few close-ups below to give you a closer look at the details.
This design uses only a few supplies – YAY! The pot and tree were cut out of white card stock and stamped with a few Papertrey Ink ink colors (see Goodies Used list) below.
The background was created using Distress Oxide inks, Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, Festive Berries, and Candied Apple, then splatter with Picked Raspberry, Festive Berries ink, Sumi ink, and Dr. Ph Martin Bleedproof white ink. When dry, the panel was popped up with a foam backing and layered on top of a larger white card stock card base.
The sentiment was then stamped with True Black ink and the pot and tree were added on top using foam tape. The little hearts were cut out of Peppermint red, Candy Hearts, Lollipop, and Silver Foil card stock.
And there we have it – a wonderful card to send so much love!♥
