We are starting out the week with a beautiful holiday card design by Dana Kirby (IG: @dkirbystamps). She used the very festive Holiday Sprigs embossing folder and stencil set by Concord & 9th to create a fabulous holiday card. The colors she used to give you a wonderful vintage-y vibe!
Hi crafty friends! It’s Dana here today and I am sharing a card that uses the gorgeous Holiday Sprigs Embossing Folder and Holiday Sprigs Stencils from Concord & 9th.
I started my card by using the Holiday Sprigs Embossing Folder and Soft Stone cardstock to create my card panel. The embossing folder adds beautiful texture and dimension to your panel without adding additional bulk, perfect for mailing! Next, I used the Holiday Sprigs Stencil Pack to add color to the textured design. I used Concord & 9th ink for my blending (Poppy, Eucalyptus, Juniper and Rainforest). Once my panel was finished I added a few splatters with gold paint and water.
Once my panel was dry I trimmed it down and attached it to a Eucalyptus card base. Lastly, I used the Classic Holiday Greetings die set for my sentiment. This set of dies includes four sentiments that you will be reaching for throughout this Christmas season. I used Gold cardstock for the Merry Christmas and Rainforest for the backer.
