Hello again,
I am back again for the second time this week (woo-hoo!) to share a fun project for your Easter table or the little ones waiting for the Easter Bunny.
This tote bag die by Lawn Fawn makes it easy to whip up these adorable Easter bags. They are small enough to be charming treats set on each place setting at your Easter table or for littleĀ ones with sweet goodies inside.
I first started with the Lawn Fawn Rainbow Perfectly Plaid paper pad. You can use the petite paper pad (6″ x 6″) which will require 2 sheets per bag or you can use one sheet per bag with the 12″ x 12″ paper. Luckily, the paper is double-sided so it is cute inside and out!
I die cut two from the same die and folded and taped together as shown in this Lawn Fawn’s video below.
Now, I got to work on the cute little Easter critters and eggs. I used the Happy Easter stamp set by Lawn Fawn but the new Hoppy Easter by Lawn Fawn or any stamp set you wish will work. Lawn Fawn also has super cute critters in every stamp set making them versatile for any occasion… so check out what you have!
Using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I stamped the bunny, chick, and eggs on white card stock and coloring them with Copic sketch markers. Here is a guide to the colors I used:
Now, that the adorable Easter elements are done, the only thing left is to cut the grass section from a piece of green polka dot paper (Lawn Fawn In the Meadow paper) with the Lawn Fawn Grassy Borders die, stamp the sentiment and arrange the cute bunny, chick and eggs.
And there you have it…All done, ready for Easter! Oh, don’t forget the twine bow to the handle for that extra touch!
I hope you enjoyed this quick project. I know I have had fun being here….I will see you again real soon!!
Supply List:
Oh, I love the idea of using them at each place setting for EASTER DINNER!. There are so many ways and season or events these little “Treat” bags can be used. Love the multicolor twine. Definitely, need ALL of the stuff to do these. Thank you so much for sharing.
