I thought this would be a perfect summertime birthday card. I don’t generally use primary colors often but this is the 2nd card I’ve designed using this color palette.
I’m a big fan of designing my own pattern paper using cardstock strips. These are 1/2 inch wide and stacked using a wet adhesive.
