Around The Garden – twice!

Hi Creative Friends,

We are sharing two delightful card designs using the brand new Around The Garden stencil and die set. This set helps you create your own colorful garden!

If you need an adorable card in a hurry, then this set is an excellent one to reach for! The coordinating stencil creates sweet, tiny flowers around your panel. It is up to you what colors you would like in your ‘garden’.

We started with a handful of colors such as Bluebell, Pink Lemonade, Wild Berry, Berry Kiss, Basil, and Eucalyptus. There are four stencils, each with different flowers. It is so much fun seeing your ‘garden’ come to life!

After the panel was completely stenciled, using the Around The Garden die set, an oval was cut from white cardstock, and the words for the sentiment were cut from Berry Kiss cardstock, along with a variety of colored flowers. (check out the supplies used below)

With the sentiment mounted, the oval was mounted on the front of the panel, and a few flowers were added for a little dimension and fun!

If monotone is your jam, our second card would be right up your alley! We used an A2-sized panel cut from Hydrangea blue cardstock (but the Capri blue in the Concord & 9th cardstock pack is great too!).

Following the same steps as before, we stenciled our ‘garden’ using each of the four stencils, but this time only using one ink color: white. Then, using the second sentiment in the die set, we cut out the words from Midnight cardstock and mounted them and a few flowers onto the white oval center.
