Hi again,
Here is another card design using some of the awesome new stamps and dies from the recent Papertrey Ink-Ink To Paper release. This one uses the beautiful Feathered Friends 4 die set that I made into a winter cardinal for this “Joy” holiday card.

I hope you enjoyed the video. I love the new products that were featured, like the intricate Joy frame cut from a piece of Ocean Tides card stock, then highlighted with Ocean Tides ink. The word die ‘Joy’ that comes with this frame die set was a great addition. It was cut from gold glitter paper (see supply list).
The awesome bird was created by cutting out the pieces from Pure Poppy cardstock, using the Feathered Friends 4 die set. Isn’t he (or she) just wonderful!
The other foliage goodies came from the Tree Essentials and Floral Christmas stamp sets, then cut out using the matching dies. They were stamped with a variety of inks and you can see in the video and listed in the ‘goodies list’. I also used a few Copic markers for the berries.
The background of the Vintage Cream card base front was heat embossed with white embossing powder, using the new Brushed Plaid stamp.
Now, with all the pieces made, it was just a matter of arranging and gluing them down. If you have seen my videos before, then you will know that sometimes this is a real dilemma. But, I always manage to get it done 🙂!
