Hi Crafty Friends,
I am so happy to finally get to use this Lemon stamp and die set by Papertrey Ink – Ink To Paper. I loved it when it came out a bit ago and before I knew it, we were knee-deep into Fall and the holiday season and it didn’t seem appropriate. But, now that my own lemon tree is full of blossoms it seems the perfect time to share this awesome stamp and die set.
Included below is a step-by-step guide on how it all came together. I hope you enjoy it!

You can make these lemons look good enough to eat when you stamp them with Papertrey inks and do a little ink blending. Hopefully, you had a chance to check out this video to see how that is done. If you want to see more ink blending techniques check out our last video (click here to view).
Here are a few close-ups to help you get a closer look
You can really see all the detail of the lemons in these two pics. They were stamped in Lemon Tart, Bright Buttercup, and Summer Sunrise. I think adding a few darker colors of ink on the edges give the lemons more depth and interest!
Check out the brick background and narrow vellum frame. The brick background was stamped on heavy black cardstock using white ink and the Ink To Paper Rustic Brick stamp set. The vellum frame was cut by using the My Favorite Things A2 Rectangle Frames die set. This frame die set is always a great ‘foundational’ die set to have in your stash. I think these two elements really add to the design. I would love to hear what you think!
The script sentiment was stamped in True Black ink and a hand-drawn border was drawn around it to add a little zest to the sentiment.
